A fully licenced Private Investigator, Neil is an experienced law enforcement professional, having completed thirty-five years’ service with the New Zealand Police. During his police career, Neil held leadership positions in investigations, intelligence, and tactical groups. The highlight of his career was his appointment as Minister-Counsellor (Police) at the New Zealand Embassy in Washington DC.
